That being said, I'm sure that adding a bit more flour could help, but I've never tried it. If you reheat an individual piece on a dish it will spread out a bit, but not too much when hot. Cutting cooled kugel will give you sharper cut pieces than cutting hot kugel which will spread and ooze. Hope this helps. Enjoy! If you use Bob’s Red Mill GF mix I’m sure you will get a loaf of Babka, but I’m pretty sure that it will not be equal in texture to my recipe’s mix of flours.
