About Me

Bryna Bear: I have always loved to bake and cook. I found out in 2007 that I was allergic to wheat . I bought some “Wheat and Gluten Free” cookbooks, but found that I was disappointed with the results of the recipes. Everyone has food memories and other people’s recipes did not give me the experience I was yearning for. I just wanted to be able to make my tried and true recipes without wheat. Over the years I experimented and have been able to successfully translate my favorite foods into gluten free versions. A good recipe is a good recipe. My plan is to post my recipes (with photos I take) and to share tricks I have learned with others so everyone can make their favorite recipes GF.
